Precast Concrete (PC)
Precast concrete Facade is produced by casting concrete into a custom-made mould with steel reinforcement, and cured under a controlled environment in the factory, before it being delivered to the project site and install onto the building.
The concrete mixture is generally consists of cement, sand and various types of aggregates, mixed with the clean water and additives.
Precast Concrete Facade is an economical precast system with the full characteristic of an external wall, which is tough & durable, at the same time providing good insulation on heat and sound.
Precast concrete external wall provide a massive speed advantage over the conventional brick/block & plaster system, and yet with better surface quality and no plastering work is required. Its also can come with pre-finished colour and custom surface pattern from the mould.
